The main ICEC building features a total of 21 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 600 to 60. ICEC’s brand new Rumeli Fair & Exhibition Hall features Istanbul’s largest Ballroom measuring 2,100 square meters, which includes simultaneous translation in eleven languages, full audio-visual support and more. The Anadolu Auditorium seats 2,000 in arm-chair comfort and offers complete technical facilities for even the most elaborate performances. The ICEC\u2019s five-star in-house food service is the only venue in Istanbul where 3,500 delegates can sit down together for a five-star gala dinner.<\/p>\n
CNR International Exhibition Center boasts a 452,000 square foot exhibit area with a 46-foot high ceiling, five restaurants, four seminar rooms and a business center. \u00a0The site, serviced by a city shuttle, also includes Mydonose Showland, a giant show center established on a 172,000 square foot open area and an 86,000 square foot closed area with 5,500 seats. It has hi-tech stages, a 37,000 square foot foyer area with shops, cafes and bars and room backstage to accommodate long vehicles.<\/p>\n
The Tuyap Fair, Convention and Congress Center is one of Istanbul \u2019s largest exhibition centers with 500,000 square feet of covered space. The center provides 15 function rooms accommodating 100 to 10,000, secretarial services in English, Turkish and German, six multi-ethnic restaurants and a shuttle service from various points around the city to and from the center.<\/p>\n
The Military Museum Cultural Center is located in Conference Valley. Main auditorium has capacity of 550 seats in amphitheatre style but can go up to 650 with additional chairs. There are 3 meeting \u00a0rooms with capacities from 150 to 250 pax in theatre style. There are also 4 break-out rooms with capacities from 20 to 60 in theatre style.<\/p>\n
The Ataturk Cultural Center which houses a multi-purpose hall with a 1,307 seat capacity for opera, ballet and theater performances, a second hall with 502 seat capacity for meetings and conferences and a 13,000 square foot exhibition hall.<\/p>\n
The concert hall is located in the conference valley and within walking distance to ICEC. The hall, which can accommodate 860 people, has an excellent acoustics, sound reflection system, 180 channel lighting and simultaneous translation system for up to six languages.<\/p>\n
Feshane, a former factory established to produce clothing and fes for the Ottoman army in 1835, has been renovated and currently in function for fairs, conferencens and exhibitions. There are four meeting rooms; The II. Mahmut Hall with an area of 4000 sqm, The Kucuk Bedesten Hall consisting of 9 sections and an area of 600 sqm, The Halic Hall with an area of 1800 sqm and The Sadabad Hall with an area of 300 sqm. There is an openair parking for 1200 vehicles.<\/p>\n
With a total capacity for 3000 people over two floors and a 2850 sqm, Hilton Exhibition and Convention Center is ideal for large conferences, congresses, exhibitions, concerts, fairs, fashion shows, gala dinners and product launches. The lower level (1500 sqm) can be partitioned into three sound proof sections. The upper floor (1350 sqm) has no columns and has an additional gallery level.<\/p>\n
Grand Cevahir Hotel and Convention Center offers 22 multi-purpose meeting rooms combined with the latest technology. Cevahir Auditorium, the only hotel auditorium in Turkey, with 1013 people capacity, Cevahir Ball Room with 2500 sqm of usable space and 8,65 meter high ceiling with seating and banqueting capacity of 1700 people can be used for variety of purposes including large conferences, concerts, gala dinners etc.. The convention center has a multi-storey car park for 1000 vehicles.<\/p>\n
Klassis Resort Hotel is at 55 kilometres distance to the Atat\u00fcrk Airport, and at 65 kilometres distance to the city centre (Taksim). 7 different halls with a capacity of 1500 people. Audiovisual equipment, audio settings and modern communication systems are at international standards and offered for professional meetings. The Forum is the largest hall of the Congress Centre and can welcome over 650 guests for congresses and conferences.<\/p>\n<\/div>
