Tour cancellation insurance is highly recommended for all tours in case you, the traveler, must cancel a tour or due to unforeseen events prior to or during the tour.

TRAVEL INSURENCE

we highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Prices may chance without prior notice, however, prices will not change for the paid and confirmed reservations.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required in advance for all services. Payments should be via bank transfer or credit card. Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received by A-Level Tourism. 

All payments must be cleared 60 days prior to commencement of services.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

  • Space may be secured upon receipt of deposit 50% (fifty percent) of total cost. 
  • Deposits must be received within 3 (three) days of booking. 
  • Reservation dates can be changed only if provided space is available. 
  • An entire reservation that is changed is considered a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation terms.

REFUND OF UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS

  • No refund can be made for any tour accommodation or tour service, or future not taken. 
  • If cancellation occurs while the tour is in progress, no refund can be done for the portion not taken. 
  • All claims for refunds must be made through the agent from whom the tour has been purchased, 
  • We suggest you to consider purchasing trip cancellation and / or tour interruption insurance.

CANCELLATION CONDITION / PERIOD OF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

  • Between 120 to 105 days prior to arrival 30% of the total price is charged as a cancellation fee
  • Between 105 to   80 days prior to arrival 60% of the total price is charged as a cancellation fee
  • Between 80 days or less %100 of the total price is charged

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted on tour buses or minivans. Frequent stops are made for smoking brakes. Sammy Tour’s drivers and guides are not permitted to smoke in vehicles.

TRANSFERS
All necessary group land transfers, if not mentioned different, are included throughout the tours.

SIGHTSEEING
Sightseeing as outlined in the itineraries is provided by late model bus, minibus, van or car depending upon the size of the group accompanied by English-speaking guides.

TIPS AND TAXES
VAT & hotel city taxes are not included to the given tour prices. 

Your tour guide and driver are dedicated to offering you the best service. 

Tipping is mandatory and rated on customer satisfaction. 

Recommended tip amount should not be less than 10% of the total bill in all received services

A-LEVEL TOURISM reserves the right to decline; to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such a person’s health or mental condition or physical infirmity impede the operation of the tour or the welfare or enjoyment of the other tour passengers.

PHOTOGRAPHY

The A-Level Tourism reserves the right without further notice to make use of any photography or film taken on the trip by our staff for general purposes without payment or permission. Where a client makes available to the Company photographs of their own, the A-Level Tourism reserves the right to make use of such photos.

RESPONSIBILITIES / CONSUMER DISCLOSURE NOTICE

A-LEVEL TOURISM, and / or its agents act only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, ship lines, owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services. Receipts and contracts issued by A-LEVEL TOURISM are subject to all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and any other service what so ever are provided by such hotels, airlines bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors or by any person in their employ. By acceptance of tour membership, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour member agrees that A-LEVEL TOURISM, and/or its agents assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage to a person, property, or otherwise any connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of nature, dangers, incident on the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays, or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond A-LEVEL TOURISM control or for loss, damage resulting from insufficient, improperly issued passports, visas or other documents, and that A-LEVEL TOURISM and/or its agents assume no liability for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any foreign causes. A-LEVEL TOURISM is neither responsible nor liable for defaults of those persons / companies not directly under control of A-LEVEL TOURISM. The prices of the tours are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of printing and subject to adjustment in the evening of any change therein. A-LEVEL TOURISM reserves the right to substitute hotels with best available alternatives and make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused by airline schedules or other reasons and a refund of unused land tour services is the limit of A-LEVEL TOURISM liability. A-LEVEL TOURISM reserves the right to change or modify its fees; subject to the changes that may occur in various charges in Turkey, such as fuel prices, taxes etc and fluctuations in exchange rates that could have any direct effect on our general costs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the Land Arrangement for whole Group
  • From 150 days (included) to 130 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, 25% of the total amount as a penal sanction
  • From 130 days (included) to 110 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, 50% of the total amount as a penal sanction
  • After 110 days (included) to prior to the arrival of the group, 100% of the total amount as a penal sanction
The Handling Fee Charge of the Individual/Per Person Cancellations:
  • From 150 days to 130 prior to the arrival of the group               : €250 (Two hundred & Fifty Euro)
  • From 130 days to 110 days prior to the arrival of the group      : €500 (Five hundred Euro)
  • After 110 days (included) to prior to the arrival of the group.   : Full cost charge

* Please note that the land arrangement services include restaurant and venues. Some of them have their own payment & cancellation policies.

Therefore, according to the organizations there might be some additional conditions depending upon the selection of the restaurants/venues.
